Doesn't matter if they have 3 employees or 6 working, 90% of the time you will have to wait i understand is a busy location but the team is not always attentive or friendly. The lobby is back open, if you dont want to get on their eternal drive through line.

I want to preface this by saying the workers here are AMAZING! My gripe is with the management. I almost never have issues at this location. But on 4/16, I waited inside for over 20 MINUTES for a single drink mobile order (That I placed 15 minutes before even getting there!). That’s fine, I can wait, the girls were clearly working their tails off. THEY’RE BUSY!! , but the whole time the manager is riding them about the DRIVE THRU times. 🙄. You’d think she would want to clear the lobby 1st so we couldn’t hear the way she speaks to her employees!. Just terrible. We were all looking at each other like, there’s no way?! No wonder they strike!

This store employs a staff that is racially discriminatory. I work as an Uber delivery driver. When I arrived to pick up an order consisting of two items, I waited for five minutes but still didn't see them packaging it. I tried to remind the staff, but they looked at me with complete indifference. They told me to wait, then simply walked away; after another ten minutes had passed—at which point I could no longer hold my tongue—I spoke up to them again. They simply told me to "slow down" and "wait a moment." It wasn't until another five minutes had gone by that they finally packaged the order for me. Truly a terrible establishment.

Last time I was here, Brandon made me feel more welcomed than any barista of my life has ever made me feel…. And I drink a LOT of coffee. Heard he is going to work in aviation…. what a LOSS for Starbucks. ♥️♥️♥️

If you order somethjng through the app, and they are out of what they need to make it, you must get their attention (good luck with that), go the cash register and present your app to get a refund. If you left your phone in the car, well, this is what you are doing for the next half hour. Charged for a product and refused to deliver or refund, except through a narrow process. Seems a little illegal to me. I went to Harvest Market.
